Summarize the points of frustration you faced before you started to use myallocator. How has myallocator specifically addressed those problems?
We used to work with an Excel spreadsheet and now we have much more security managing the bookings since they cannot be deleted. Our online visibility is total and now with myallocator managing the availability and price we don’t have overbooking anymore. Also the staff can now give more attention to the guests and other tasks.
Did you get an increase on your bookings/revenue?
With so many websites that we are on now our popularity grew considerably and therefore I am certain that our bookings and revenue are going to increase on the following years.

MyFrontDesk and myallocator definitely gave us more agility and security during check-ins and check-outs. Also the reports offered are great to show us where we can improve and what sort of promotion we can create.
