Summarize the points of frustration you faced before you started to use myallocator. How has myallocator specifically addressed those problems?

I started the hotel business in Zanzibar/Tanzania where you have the problem that the internet is very slow. So it was no question for me that i need a channel manager for not wasting hours for updating availabilities. I was checking lots of channel managers and even testing them. After 2 weeks it was clear for me that myallocator has everything i need for a reasonable price. Other channel managers had lots of features you never need, myallocator has just what you need. Another big point for me was that the channel manager has to be very easy and simple because local people here also have to use and they do not have the same level of education than in Europe.

– possible to connect with reservation systems – save more time and possibility of mistakes

What is the single biggest reason you would recommend/why you love myallocator?

It saves me a lot of time and it is not possible getting overbooked. I also want to mention the superb support, you always get answer within hours even on Saturday and Sunday.
